All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defects as set out below.
Please note: This is a guide and we advise checking with each manufacturer for full details which maybe beyond our control.

General Manufacturer Warranty

Alarm/Immobiliser/Keyless Entry Modules: 3 Years from date of purchase.

Remote Controls **/Touch Keys/Drivers Cards/Sirens/Central Locking Door Motors: 12 Months from date of purchase.

** Mongoose NZ only offer 6 Months Warranty on Remote Controls!

Obsessive Guarantee

On top of the manufacturer warranty we guarantee our workmanship for the lifetime of ownership for the original purchaser. This guarantee is not transferable between owners or vehicles.
The Guarantee includes our labour to remove/service products and to return any items to the product manufacturer.

Note: Guarantee covers our travel fees inside the Wellington Region during working hours. For claims outside of the Wellington Region, or after hour requests will be honoured at our discretion on a case by case basis.

The Warranty does not cover expenses incurred for any work carried out by a third party without prior consent.
