Our Second Alarm
Dear Julian,
I want to thank you for the great install on our legacy B4 last weekend, as you know this is our second alarm
you installed for us and I can now sleep better knowing that the car is protected.
Your work and professionalism and knowledge never ceases to amazing us. The work you did is second to none
and we were even more impressed that the last alarm you did for us.
Thank you for going over all aspects of the alarm system and answering all our questions, I also want to
thank you for helping us with our driving lights setup, you again went above and beyond the call of duty and
they work a treat.
Thank you again and I am sure we will be doing more business together, I look forward to the day when we can
again call on your vast expertise and knowledge, not to mention you helpfulness and generosity for going

Skilled & Communicative
The thing that makes Obsessive stand out as the best car installation (of any sort) that I've experienced was
the high quality of insightful communication you get before, during, and after the installation itself. And
that's not all; the completed work is outstanding with all the principles of proper alarm installation put into
practice. It's quite a different experience having such a knowledgeable and personable installer come to you in
instead of leaving your car at a shop with people who have no interest in telling you the details of what
they're doing to it - and I like to know what's going on in my car.
Julian makes the effort to ensure you know and understand your alarm and points out any car-specific things to
beware of. If you need one of the alarm's installation options changed later on then that's no problem either.
Even good alarms often have rubbish user manuals and having access to Julian's knowledge about them addresses
that problem. Specific installation requirements are handled professionally without any fuss or second guessing.
If you've read about the Obsessive Wagon on the
website then having this roll up at install time lets you know you've got the right guy to be securing your car.

Julian,
Just to say thanks for a job well done today.
For those reading, Julian installed the Cobra AK4198 system in my lil ole VW Lupo this afternoon and I
cannot say enough good things about the results of this install.
If you’re serious about getting an alarm installed then you just can’t go past Obsessive Vehicle Security !
I love it and hope the car breakers-in don’t !!

Great Install and Taxi Service!
As many other people have written here, what Julian doesn't know about car security probably isn't worth
knowing. Beyond this is his professional approach and the exceptional quality of his work.
Julian took the time to listen to what I wanted, suggesting the product to suit my needs and installing it
to a very high standard. The system does exactly what Julian said it would and has provided peace of mind
to the owner of a car which came from the factory without even a basic alarm.
I am not from the Wellington area and Julian was able to complete the fitting at his premises. The free
lift to and from town while the car was being worked on was a welcome bonus!
Highly recommended to anyone looking for good advice, great service, professional workmanship and a secure
car!
